Directions by Road
Travelling from the West
Heading towards Slough from Maidenhead on the A4 you will cross over Maidenhead Bridge (Thames Riveria Hotel on the right) continue on the A4 turn right at the first set of traffic lights, signposted Pubilc Bridleway leading to Amerden Lane (next to BWM garage), Proceed down Amerden Lane, under the railway bridge then keep to the right, the entrance to the lake is 100m after the railway bridge on the left.
Travelling from the East
Heading towards Maidenhead from Slough on the A4, passing under a railway bridge (Thames Valley Adventure Playground on left), continue on the A4 turn left at the first set of traffic lights (next to BWM garage), Proceed down Amerden Lane, under the railway bridge then keep to the right, the entrance to the lake is 100m after the railway bridge on the left.
Directions from Taplow Station
Taplow Train station is 15 min’s walk from the lake (¾ mile). Leave the train station from the main entrance and turn left onto Approach Road, this road leads to the A4. At the T Junction with the A4 turn right towards Maidenhead. At the first set of traffic lights (next to BMW garage) turn left onto Amerden lane. Proceed down Amerden Lane, under the railway bridge and the entrance to the lake is 100m after the railway bridge on the left.
